GREEN CUCUMBER RELISH 
12 lg. cucumbers
4 lg. onions
1/4 c. salt

Grind and cover with salt water overnight. Drain well. Next day cut fine: 1 red pepper 1 green pepper 1 tsp. mustard seed 1 tsp. celery seed 3 c. vinegar 1/4 tsp. tumeric 3 c. sugar

Combine all in kettle. Boil 30 minutes, put in jars and seal hot. Makes 6 pints.
