BLACK EYED SALAD 
1/2-3/4 c. salad oil
4 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. pepper
6 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Accent (opt.)
1 lg. cabbage, chopped
4 tbsp. black sesame seeds
4 green onions, chopped
4 tbsp. slivered almonds
2 pkgs. Top Ramen noodles

Roast almonds and sesame seeds; set aside. Mix together first six ingredients for the dressing. Add dressing, onions, almonds and sesame seeds to cabbage. Crumble uncooked noodles into salad and toss (don't use seasoning mix from the noodles).
