PINEAPPLE PECAN BREAD 
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
3 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1/4 c. shortening
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix brown sugar, shortening and egg. Mix together dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into two greased bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
