BUTTERSCOTCH YULE LOG 
1 c. Nestle's butterscotch flavored morsels
1/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
1/3 c. chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 slightly beaten egg white
Pecan halves

Melt butterscotch morsels over hot (not boiling) water. Remove from water. Stir in condensed milk and vanilla. Add chopped pecans; mix well. Chill until firm enough to handle. Form into 12 inch roll. Roll tightly in waxed paper to shape evenly. Unroll and mark surface lengthwise with tines of fork. Brush with egg white. Press pecan halves into roll to completely cover surface. Wrap in waxed paper. Chill, cut in 1/2 inch slices with sharp knife. Makes about 2 dozen.
