DRIED BEEF ROLL-UPS 
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
5 oz. jar dried beef
2 tbsp. horseradish, or less
1 tbsp. grated onion
Milk

Soften cream cheese with a couple of tablespoons, or more, of milk. Stir into horseradish and onion. Spread on dried beef slices and roll up. Cut into bite- sized pieces and serve.

NOTE: It would help to refrigerate the roll-ups for a few minutes before slicing.
