ICE CREAM CAKE 
24 Oreo cookies, crushed
1/2 gal. soft ice cream
1 1/4 sticks melted butter
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 can Hershey chocolate syrup
1 can Eagle Brand milk

Bring to boil syrup, milk and 1/4 cup butter. Simmer and stir on low for 5 minutes. Let cool. Mix cookies and 1 stick butter in 9 x 13 inch pan. Pack and layer on bottom of pan.

Spread ice cream over cookie mixture. Spread syrup mixture over ice cream. Spread Cool Whip on top. Freeze overnight.
