12 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. fine chopped onion
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick mix
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Lightly grease pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese, onion in plate. Beat remaining ingredients 1 minute. Pour into baking dish and bake 35 to 40 minutes in a 400 degree oven, let cool 5 minutes and serve.
