PINEAPPLE-SAUSAGE OVEN BAKE 
1 slightly beaten egg
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Brown & Serve sausages
2/3 c. milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Brown sausages and cut in half lengthwise. Combine egg, milk and butter. Mix together flour, 1 tablespoon sugar, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Stir into liquid to moisten. Stir in pineapple. Spread in greased 7 1/2 x 12 inch pan. Arrange sausage on top. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cut into squares and serve with syrup.
