PASTA SALAD 
Make the day before serving.

1 c. grated zucchini
3/4 c. cooked whole wheat spirals, chilled
4 oz. diced ham
2 oz. low -fat cheddar cheese, diced
6 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 tbsp. diced onion
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. oregano, dried
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. basil, dried
Dash of pepper

Mix in a large bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours. Toss again before serving and serve on bed of romaine or red-leafed lettuce. Serves 2.
