1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
3 c. quick oats
1/2 c. chocolate morsels
9 oz. peanut butter
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 tsp. baking soda

Cream together butter and peanut butter. Add both sugars and cream until light and fluffy. Then add eggs and vanilla, blending well. Mix oats and baking soda; add to creamed mixture. Mix thoroughly, mix in chocolate morsels. Drop by spoonful onto ungreased baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before removing from cookie sheet. Makes 3 1/2 dozen cookies.
