TERIYAKI CHICKEN 
1 whole chicken, stewed & picked off bone
1 lg. pepper, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 lg. can mushrooms or 1 lb. fresh mushrooms
2 cans chow mein vegetables
1 can water chestnuts
Teriyaki sauce to taste
1 lg. stalk celery, chopped

Add all ingredients to broth and cook for 1 1/2 hours. Start at medium high heat and then simmer for about last 1/2 hour.
