3 sausage links 2 to 3 bunches green onions 1 lg. white onion 2 bell peppers 2 to 4 cloves garlic Wesson oil Flour 2 chicken bouillon cubes 1 box okra Peeled shrimp Fry meat, remove meat from pan. Cook seasons until tender, (green onions, white onion, peppers, garlic). Make roux, (oil into pan, add flour. Stir until black, add bouillon cubes). Then add water, stir. Add this to seasons. Then add meat, cook 1/2 hour. Add okra, cook 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Then add shrimp for about 15 to 20 minutes. That's it. |
