2 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. condensed milk
1/2 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
Popped popcorn

Mix in saucepan. Bring slowly to a rolling boil, stirring constantly. Boil 1 to 2 minutes. Beat until lukewarm. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and beat until syrupy. Add to already popped popcorn; mix well to cover all popcorn.
