BEST EVER BARBECUE SAUCE 
3 tbsp. oil
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. mustard (prepared)
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tsp. Tabasco sauce
2 cans tomato sauce (small)
salt and pepper

Sauté onion and pepper in oil a few minutes. Add rest of ingredients and cook on low heat about 1/2 hour. Leftover beef, pork, etc., may be used with sauce or cook meat in crock-pot and drain liquids off; add sauce when meat is just about done.
