BEER CHEESE SOUP 
1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. milk
8 oz. Velveeta cheese or Cheez Whiz
1/4 c. beer
1 can chicken broth
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Melt butter in 2 quart saucepan; stir in flour until smooth. Add milk and chicken broth in gradual amounts, stirring until smooth. Heat and stir until bubbly and thickened. Reduce heat. Add cheese; stir until melted. Simmer 5 to 10 minutes; stir (burns quickly). Add beer and Worcestershire sauce. Heat through but do not boil. Garnish each serving with popcorn, chopped chives, or snipped fresh parsley.
