BEEF AND VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Onions
Salt
Pepper
1 can tomato soup, undiluted
1 pkg. frozen French green beans, cooked & drained
Potatoes, mashed

Brown meat. Saute several sliced onions (enough for a layer in your casserole). In greased casserole place meat, then onions. Pour tomato soup over onions. Then beans. Bake about 1/2 hour in 350 degree oven before pudding mashed potatoes on top. Return to oven and bake until potatoes are brown.
