PASTA WITH TUNA AND TOMATOES 
8 c. water
1 tsp. salt
12 oz. thin spaghetti
2 tbsp. oil
1 can white tuna, drained
2 tsp. garlic
1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes Italian style, cut up
Italian spices
1/2 tsp. basil

Bring water and salt to a boil. Add pasta. Cook until tender, but firm; drain. Rinse with warm water and toss with 1 teaspoon of oil. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add the tuna, garlic, about 1 minute. Then add tomatoes and spices. Cook 5-8 minutes until sauce thickens. Serve over pasta. Makes 4 servings.
