1 can green beans
1 can black eyed peas
1 can Mexicali corn
1 can baby lima beans
2 tomatoes, chopped (1 1/2-2 c.)
1/2 c. thinly sliced onion rings

MEXICALI DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. lime juice
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. crushed oregano
1/8 tsp. Tabasco
