1/2 lb. vanilla flavored confectioners' coating, cut up
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
2 c. peanuts

Place the vanilla flavored confectioners' coating and chocolate pieces in 2 1/2 quart non-metal bowl. Cook, uncovered, in a counter top microwave oven on 100% power (high) about 2 1/2 minutes or until mixture becomes smooth when stirred. Stir in peanuts.

Drop peanut mixture from spoon onto a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Chill about 30 minutes or until firm. Store, tightly covered, in refrigerator. Makes about 36 pieces.
