PASTA SALAD 
14 oz. uncooked pasta (your favorite noodle shapes), cooked, rinsed, drained,
and cooled
1 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
1 1/2 c. chopped cucumbers
1 c. chopped onions (sweet)
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. creamy style Italian salad dressing
1 dash of red pepper (optional)
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt or salt substitute
1 dash of the following spices (to taste) : Garlic powder, oregano, and paprika
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

In a large bowl, combine noodles, vegetables, spices, and dressing. Toss to mix well. Chill in refrigerator at least 2 hours. Sprinkle with cheese just before serving. Yields about 10 cups.
