CHICKEN & RICE 
2 tbsp. hot oil
1 lb. boneless chicken
1 chicken broth
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 bunches green onions
1 lb. fresh mushrooms
2 c. fresh broccoli
1 qt. tomato juice (whole tomatoes)
Rice

Heat oil in wok or big skillet. Add chicken, broth, garlic and soy sauce. Stir fry until chicken is done. Add onions, mushrooms and broccoli until crisp or tender. Add tomato juice or whole tomatoes. Serve over cooked rice.
