BAR-B-QUE MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c. milk
Garlic to taste
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 c. water
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
2 c. ketchup

Combine first seven ingredients. Mix well and roll into meatballs. Place in pan. On top of stove combine water and onion. Boil until onion is tender. Combine last three ingredients with water and onion. Boil for 1 minute. Pour over meatballs. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
