FRENCH CHOCOLATE PIE 
2 sq. Baker's chocolate
3/4 c. butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, room temperature
9" pie shell

Melt chocolate and let cool. Cream butter, sugar, vanilla and cooled chocolate. Add eggs, one at a time. Beat each egg 5 minutes, then add the next egg, etc. (takes 15 minutes). Pour into 9 inch pie shell. Refrigerate for at least 8 hours before serving. Makes 1 pie.
