CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 
3 c. Bisquick
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
6 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
Powdered sugar or powdered sugar glaze

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour tube pan or 2 loaf pans. Beat all ingredients, except powdered sugar in large bowl on low speed, scraping bowl frequently, 4 minutes. Pour into pan. Bake until toothpick comes out clean; 55 to 60 minutes. Cool slightly; invert on wire rack or serving plate. Top with powdered sugar or glaze made by beating 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar and 1 to 2 tablespoons milk until smooth.

For Coconut Pound Cake: Stir in 1 cup coconut in batter.

For Brown Sugar-Pecan Pound Cake: Substitute packed brown sugar for white sugar. Stir 1 cup chopped pecans into batter.
