BUTTERCREAM FROSTING 
2 c. Crisco
1 tsp. clear butter extract
2 tsp. clear vanilla extract
8 c. powdered sugar
4-6 tbsp. milk

Beat 2 cups Crisco with 4 cups powdered sugar. Add both extracts and 3 tablespoons milk. Add 2 more cups powdered sugar. Add 2 or 3 more tablespoons milk. Then add remaining 2 cups powdered sugar. Beat well with mixer.

For Chocolate Buttercream Icing: Add 3/4 cup cocoa and an additional 1-2 tablespoons milk. This icing is good for decorating cakes and cut out sugar cookies.
