12 hard cooked eggs, chopped
1 c. sliced celery
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. cumin
3 sliced green onions
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard seed
Spinach leaves

Line bowl with spinach leaves. Fill with egg salad. Garnish with cherry tomatoes.
