SOFT PRETZELS 
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1 egg white, beaten with 1 tsp. water
About 3 tbsp. coarse salt and seeds

Let dough rise. Divide in 12 equal pieces. Flour hands, roll in 16 inch rope. Form in pretzel shape.

In large skillet bring 2 inches water to boil. Cook pretzels until rise to surface. Remove with slotted spoon; drain on paper towels. Place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Brush lightly with egg mixture. Sprinkle with desired topping. Bake 400 degrees, 15 to 20 minutes.
