CORKSCREW CASSEROLE | |
2 c. corkscrew macaroni (rotelle) 1 lb. ground beef 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can stewed tomato 3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese (can add extra) 1 can Durkee French fried onions - topping 3/4 tsp. salt Cook macaroni; drain. Brown beef. Combine all ingredients. Pour into greased 2-quart casserole. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and top with onions and bake 5 minutes longer. |
