ICE CREAM DESSERT 
2 pkg. graham cracker crumbs (2 c.)
3 sliced bananas
1/2 gal. Neapolitan ice cream
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can whip cream

In 11 x 15 inch pan. Spread graham cracker crumbs. Reserving 1 cup for topping. Spread sliced bananas over crumbs. Next layer sliced ice cream over bananas. Freeze until firm. In saucepan mix chocolate chips, butter. Add powdered sugar and evaporated milk. Cook until smooth, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Add vanilla. Cool and pour over ice cream. Freeze until firm. Put on whipping cream. Pour over top and sprinkle cracker crumbs and walnuts. Keep in freezer.
