BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 bunches (4 c.) broccoli tops
1 med. red onion
1/2 c. raisins
1/4 c. bacon bits or 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled (optional)
Mushrooms (optional)
Red pepper (optional)
Zucchini (optional)
1/2 c. peanuts (optional)

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. wine vinegar
1/2 c. sugar

Combine salad ingredients in a medium bowl. Combine dressing ingredients and add to salad. Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours or overnight.
