PEPPER JELLY 
1 1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
6 1/2 c. sugar
20 shakes Tabasco
1 (6 oz.) pkg. liquid pectin
5 drops green food coloring

Combine green pepper, vinegar, sugar and Tabasco in 3 quart saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat, and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add pectin and food coloring. Return to medium heat, bring to boil. Boil 2 minutes and pour immediately into hot sterilized pint size jars and seal. Serve with cream cheese on crackers.
