CHICKEN CHALUPAS | |
1 dozen flour tortillas 2 cans cream of mushroom or chicken soup 3/4 lb. grated Jack cheese 1 can sliced black olives 3/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese 4 lg. chicken breasts, cooked & diced 1 pt. sour cream Green onions to taste, sliced, including tops 1 sm. can green diced chilies In a large bowl, combine soup, sour cream, chilies, green onions and olives. Mix and add Jack cheese. Remove 2 cups of this mixture and set aside. Add chicken pieces to remainder of mixture. Divide everything among the tortillas and roll up. Place in baking pan. Pour 2 cups of reserved mixture over the top and cover with cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes. Best if made one day ahead and baked before serving. |
