ORANGE COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. sugar
2 (12 count) buttermilk biscuits
1/3 c. butter, melted
3 tbsp. orange peel, grated

GLAZE:

3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. orange juice

Combine the sugar and orange peel. Separate the biscuits and dip in butter, and then sugar mixture. Stand them up in a tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Pour on a plate and spoon glaze over cake while still hot.
