1 tsp. to 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. coconut

Put everything into blender (starting with vanilla and down the line) on first speed 30 seconds. Pour into well greased 10 inch pie pan. Sprinkle with extra coconut and nutmeg. Bake at 300 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
