ANGEL FOOD WALDORF 
1 angel food cake, baked
3 c. chilled whipping cream
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3/4 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. slivered almonds

Cut 1" off flat part of cake. Scoop out center within 1" of outer layer.

FILLING: Whip all together until stiff. Fold in 1/2 almonds. Put in cavity. Put top back on. Frost with remaining filling. Sprinkle with almonds. Chill until served.
