CHICKEN AND DRESSING CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken
1 stick butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Salt & pepper

Cook chicken until done. Cool and take off of bone. Place in pan, coated with butter. Put chicken soup on top of chicken, spreading evenly. Mix dressing and put on top.

DRESSING:

1 cake corn bread
3 tbsp. sage
1 med. onion, chopped
2 eggs
Salt & pepper to taste
Broth from cooked chicken

Crumble cornbread, add all other ingredients, using enough broth to moisten good. Put on top of chicken and soup. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown on top.
