MAGIC IRISH STEW 
1 lb. stew meat (more if desired)
3 stems celery (sliced diagonally in at least 1 inch pieces)
2 onions, quartered
3 carrots (sliced as celery)
2 potatoes, quartered

Place in layers as listed above.

Mix together and sprinkle over top:

1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. tapioca

Pour 3/4 cup of tomato sauce over top. Cover with foil and bake 4 hours at 275 degrees. DO NOT DISTURB DURING COOKING TIME.
