APPLE SPICE CUSTARD CAKE 
1 pkg. spice cake mix
2 med. apples, chopped
1 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 c. sour cream, room temperature
1/4 c. lemon juice

Prepare cake mix as directed on package. Stir in apples. Pour batter into greased and floured 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Combine milk, sour cream and lemon juice; beat until smooth. Remove cake from oven; spread on top and return cake to oven for 10 minutes until top is set like custard. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired. Refrigerate and keep refrigerated.
