COCOA KISS COOKIES 
1 c. butter, softened
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
1 c. finely chopped nuts
1 (9 oz.) pkg. Hershey's kisses
Confectioners' sugar

Cream butter, sugar, and vanilla in large bowl. Combine flour and cocoa; blend into creamed mixture. Add nuts; beat at low speed until well blended. Chill dough about 1 hour or until firm enough to handle. Unwrap kisses.

Shape scant teaspoon of dough around each chocolate kiss, covering completely. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until set. Cool slightly before removing from cookie sheet. When cool, roll in confectioners' sugar. Roll in sugar again before serving, if desired. Do not over bake.
