1 c. butter, softened
2/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. cocoa
1 (9 oz.) Hershey kisses

Mix butter, sugar and vanilla together. Add flour and cocoa. Finish mixing by hand. Wrap around Hershey kisses (roll). Bake at 350 degrees for 6 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while warm and again while cool.
