EASY CHERRY PUFF 
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tbsp. butter, softened
1 can cherry pie filling (can use any flavor pie filling)

In blender, mix milk, eggs, Bisquick, sugar, butter and almond extract. Blend for 15 seconds, or use high speed on mixer for 1 minute.

Pour into greased 10 inch pie pan or 11 x 7 inch baking pan. Spoon cherry pie filling over the top. Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
