CORN COB JELLY 
Boil 6 to 8 cobs (corn off) for 10 minutes. Strain liquid. Measure 3 cups liquid in same pan; add 1 box Sure Jell and bring to a rolling boil; add 4 cups of sugar and bring to another boil. Skim and pour into jars and seal.
