ASPARAGUS CASSEROLE 
1 can asparagus
1 can mushroom soup
3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
Ritz crackers

Drain asparagus, save juice. Place in baking dish, salt and sprinkle cracker crumbs on top. Heat soup, asparagus juice and cheese to thick sauce. Pour over crackers. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
