PORK CHOPS DUBARRY | |
1 pkg. McCormick pork gravy mix 4 (10 oz.) pork chops, trimmed, flattened 4 slices Swiss cheese 4 cloves garlic, crushed 1 pinch caraway seeds for each chop 1/4 c. flour 6 oz. heavy cream 4 cauliflower, lg. florets, blanched 1 tbsp. parsley, chopped 2 oz. vegetable oil 1/2 onion, minced Salt and pepper as needed Season chops with salt, pepper, and caraway seeds. Dust chops in flour and cook in a heated skillet with oil until done. Prepare McCormick gravy mix according to directions on the package. Place 1 cauliflower floret on each chop and cover with Swiss cheese. Add heavy cream and gravy to skillet and cook until cheese has melted. Place chops on serving plates and reduce sauce by 1/3. Pour sauce over chops; sprinkle with parsley and serve. Serves: 4. (Prep and Cooking Time: 45 minutes) |
