GRANOLA 
4 c. mixed flakes - oats, rye, barley, wheat, rice - as desired
1 tsp. nutmeg
Little or no salt
1/2 c. honey
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. roughly chopped walnuts, may use any nuts or sunflower seeds
1 c. raisins

Prepare jelly roll pan by lining with foil. Mix flakes in bowl, sprinkle with nutmeg and salt. Melt butter. Add honey, mix well. Pour over flakes. Toss well.

Spread on foil in pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Turn every 10 minutes. Remove from oven. Add nuts and raisins. Mix and keep turning to prevent sticking to foil. Store in tight container in refrigerator (because of butter).
