6 eggs
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. granulated sugar
1 c. butter, softened
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. peanut butter
3 c. flour
1 tbsp. + 1 tsp. baking soda
6 c. uncooked oats
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
8 oz. M&M candies

Mix eggs, brown and granulated sugars, butter, peanut butter and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda and oatmeal to creamed mixture. Stir in chips and M&M'S®. More flour may be used to replace some of the oatmeal. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls on baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 325 degrees.

Variation: May add 1/2 cup peanut butter chips.

NOTE: This makes a large batch of cookies. The recipe may be cut in half. The whole batch may be prepared and half of it frozen for baking later. Batter that is frozen should be used within 1 month.
