P-NUT ICE CREAM PIE 
1 1/2 c. granola
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. Cool Whip
2 tbsp. fudge topping
Chopped peanuts

Break large granola pieces. Combine granola and butter; mix until cereal is well coated. Press into well buttered 9 inch pie pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 5-6 minutes. Cool thoroughly.

Soften ice cream until just pliable. Fold in peanut butter and Cool Whip. Drizzle with fudge topping. Freeze several hours or overnight. Let stand 10 minutes at room temperature before serving. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
