CHICKEN FRIED STEAK 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. round steak, cut to serving size
Meat tenderizer
1 c. saltine crackers, crushed
1/8 to 1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. sunflower oil

Sprinkle tenderizer on steak, then pound with meat mallet. Dip in milk, then in cracker crumbs. Fry in sunflower oil over medium heat or 325 degrees in electric skillet. Turn steak over only once.
