6 double pork chops, cut a pocket on the bone side of each chop
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 tbsp. minced onions
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tsp. melted butter
1 c. cranberry sauce
1 tsp. salt
