HOT POTATO SALAD 
5 lbs. potatoes
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
Bacon bits

Boil potatoes in skin. Drain and cool for 5 minutes, then peel, cut up and put in lasagna pan. Cut up Velveeta cheese into cubes. Put in 2 cups mayonnaise and mix with potatoes. Sprinkle bacon bits over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
